At Nanhe Sitare, we keep payments simple, transparent, and secure. There are no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Payment Methods We Accept
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available all across Pakistan.
- Bank transfers
- Mobile wallets — JazzCash, Easypaisa, and others.
- Credit/debit cards
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available throughout Pakistan.
- For COD orders above Rs 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
- Parcels can only be opened after full payment is made to the delivery rider.

Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid orders over Rs 6,000 (parcel weight up to 3 kg) get FREE shipping anywhere in Pakistan — see [Shipping Policy](/policy/shipping) for details.
- For prepaid orders, please send a screenshot of your payment along with your order ID to our WhatsApp or [support@nanhesitare.com](mailto:support@nanhesitare.com) for confirmation. Once verified, your order will be processed promptly.
Payment Safety
- Never share your card details, OTPs, or wallet PINs with anyone claiming to be from Nanhe Sitare. Our team will never ask for them.
- Always verify payment instructions through our official WhatsApp or [support@nanhesitare.com](mailto:support@nanhesitare.com) channels listed on our website.
- If you notice any suspicious payment request, contact our support team immediately on WhatsApp or [support@nanhesitare.com](mailto:support@nanhesitare.com).
Refunds
- For eligible refunds, Nanhe Sitare's standard refund method is store credit.
- Where a refund is sent back to the original payment method, processing may take approximately 10–15 business days after the refund has been approved and initiated. Timing depends on your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, an alternative refund method may be required.
