What is an RMA number?

Your RMA number is the tracking code for your return — what it is, how to get one in 5 steps, and how to use it.

An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is the unique tracking code for your return request. The moment you submit a return on our return portal, the system issues your RMA number instantly — no waiting, no emails to chase.

Keep it safe. You will need it to track your return, and our support team will ask for it if you message us about your return.

How to get your RMA number — 5 steps

Step 1 — Find your order

Enter your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout.

Use the exact email or phone number from your order confirmation — if the portal can't find your order, that's usually why.

Step 2 — Select your items

Tick the items you want to return. The portal shows how many days of your 7-day window are left.

Only eligible items can be selected. The portal checks your 7-day return window automatically, so you always know where you stand.

Step 3 — Choose a reason

Pick the one reason that best matches your case.

Be honest here — the reason decides what evidence you need and how your return is handled. Note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Step 4 — Add your unboxing video

For damage, defect, wrong or missing items, a continuous unboxing video is required.

For damage, defect, wrong-item or missing-item claims, attach a continuous, unedited unboxing video filmed within 3 days of delivery — or paste a Drive link. No video, no claim.

Step 5 — Review, submit, get your RMA

Double-check everything, then hit Submit.

Your RMA number appears instantly on the confirmation screen — save it.

Your RMA number is issued the second you submit. But note: submitting a request is not the same as approval — our team reviews every return before it is approved.

How to use your RMA number

Your RMA number plus your order number unlocks live tracking of your return.

Your RMA number is unique to one return request. A second return — even for the same order — gets a different RMA number.

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. After the window closes, the portal will not issue an RMA number for that order.

What your RMA number looks like

It starts with RMA- followed by a unique code. It is not your order number (which looks like `NS-1001`) — keep both handy, because tracking asks for both.

Q: What is an RMA number?

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. It is the unique tracking code issued the moment you submit a return request — it lets you and our team follow your return from submission to refund.

Q: How do I get my RMA number?

Submit a return request on our return portal: find your order, select the items, choose a reason, add your unboxing video where needed, and hit Submit. Your RMA number appears instantly on the confirmation screen.

Q: I lost my RMA number. What now?

Message us via {whatsapp:Assalam-o-Alaikum! I lost my RMA number. My order number is: ___, phone/email used at checkout: ___.} with your order number and the phone number or email you used at checkout — we will look it up for you.

Q: Can I return without an RMA number?

No. Every return goes through the portal so it gets a proper RMA number — that is how we track your parcel, its inspection and your refund.

Q: Does getting an RMA number mean my return is approved?

No. The RMA number only registers your request. Our team reviews every return before approving it — do not send anything back before you get the approval.

Q: How long is my RMA number valid?

It stays valid for the whole life of that return request — from the moment you submit until your refund or replacement is completed.
