What does “Get it by” mean?

The delivery-date estimate on every product page, explained: how it is calculated and what can shift it.

Every product page on Nanhe Sitare shows a small line under the price: “Get it by …” followed by a date. It is our delivery estimate — the day we expect your parcel to reach your doorstep.

How the date is calculated

The widget starts by showing “Calculating…” for a moment. That is just the page working out the date from two things:

  1. Processing time — we process every order within 24 hours of confirmation.
  2. Delivery time — standard delivery takes 2–5 business days nationwide.

So the “Get it by” date is roughly: order confirmation + 1 day of processing + 2–5 business days of courier travel.

Business days mean Monday to Saturday — Sundays and public holidays are not counted. An order confirmed on Thursday evening may realistically arrive the following Wednesday.

What can shift the date

The estimate assumes a smooth journey. A few things can move it:

Karachi Express

If you are in Karachi and need it faster, choose Karachi Express (Rs 320) at checkout. It is the quickest option we offer — but it is Karachi only.

Q: Is “Get it by” a guaranteed delivery date?

No — it is our best estimate based on 24-hour processing plus 2–5 business days of delivery. Most parcels arrive on or before it, but confirmation delays, remote areas and sale-season rush can shift it.

Q: Why does it say “Calculating…”?

The widget needs a second to work out the date when the page loads. If it stays stuck, refresh the page — the date will appear.

Q: Can I get my order faster than the “Get it by” date?

Within Karachi, choose Karachi Express (Rs 320) at checkout. Outside Karachi, standard 2–5 business-day delivery is the only option — we never promise same-day delivery.
