Missed, failed or refused delivery
What happens if you miss the rider — or refuse the parcel.
Life happens — you might miss the rider. Here's what follows, and what refusal costs you.
Missed the rider? - Couriers usually attempt redelivery. Stay reachable on your expected delivery day — your phone being on is the single biggest factor in on-time delivery. - If the rider can't reach you after attempts, the parcel returns to us. Message us via WhatsApp to re-arrange.
Refused without a valid reason - Refusing a parcel without a valid reason we may cancel or restrict future orders on your mobile number and address. - Return shipping for refused parcels may be deducted from any refund due.
Refused with a valid reason - Visibly crushed or opened parcel at the door? Don't accept it — note the condition and tell us immediately with photos. - With a valid reason you can keep shopping with us; future orders will simply require a 50% advance payment.
The golden rule - Parcels can only be opened after full payment to the rider — check the outside first, pay, then open and record your unboxing.
