Product warranty
What's covered on electric and electronic toys — and what isn't.
Electric and electronic toys come with protection against manufacturing defects. Here's the fine print.
What's covered - Manufacturing defects — a toy that doesn't work out of the box, faulty motors, dead-on-arrival electronics. - Report defects within 3 days of delivery with a video showing the issue — the same window as our damage-claim policy. - If confirmed, we offer a replacement, replacement part or store credit.
What's NOT covered - Physical damage from drops, rough play or misuse. - Water damage — rain and motors don't mix; store ride-ons indoors or under cover. - Battery wear over time, and damage from wrong chargers — only use the charger supplied with the vehicle, or the correct replacement from us. - Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
First steps for any issue - Check batteries and polarity, and the manual's troubleshooting first — most "defects" turn out to be setup issues. - For ride-ons: first charge is 8–12 hours; typical ride time is 45–90 minutes per full charge.
