Product colors & variants: how to choose the right one

How the color selector works, what “Random Color” means, and what to do if the wrong color arrives.

“I ordered pink but got grey!” Most color mix-ups are avoidable once you know how our variant system works.

How the color selector works

On products with options (like our plush toys in Pink, White, Yellow, Grey), the page shows a “Color: …” pill selector:

  1. Tap a color — the product photos and price update to that variant.
  2. The selected color is what ships. Double-check it before adding to cart.
  3. Single-variant products show no selector — what you see is what ships.

What “Random Color” means

Some listings — like our LCD writing tablet — say “Random Color”. This means:

Buying for a gift where color matters? Avoid “Random Color” listings — pick a product with a proper color selector instead.

Wrong color arrived — what now?

Received a genuinely wrong variant? Our [return checker](/tools/returns) confirms your eligibility in seconds.

Q: Can I request a specific color on a “Random Color” item?

No — the warehouse picks from available stock. If the color matters to you, choose a different product that has a color selector.

Q: The color in photos looks brighter than the real toy. Is this a defect?

Usually not — phone and monitor screens render colors differently, and lighting in product shoots is bright. A clearly different color than selected is a wrong item; a slight shade difference is normal.

Q: The color I want shows as unavailable. What now?

Popular colors sell out first. You can pick another available color, wait for restock (message us on WhatsApp to ask when it returns), or choose a similar product that has your color in stock.

Q: I forgot to select a color. What will ship?

The page requires a selection before checkout, so this rarely happens. If it does, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number and we will try to catch it before dispatch.
