Product colors & packaging

What can vary in color and packaging — and what never changes.

A toy's shade or box may look slightly different from the photos. Here's our policy on what's normal — and what's not.

Why shades can differ - Screens show colors differently — brightness and settings vary phone to phone. - Studio lighting vs. your home — photos are shot in bright light; warm home light deepens shades. - Batch variations — manufacturers tweak shades between production runs. This is normal in online shopping everywhere.

What may vary vs. what never changes - May differ: exact shade, color mix in multi-color sets, box art and packaging design. - Never changes: the product model and design, size, material, features, and what's inside the box. - A 12-piece set always has 12 pieces — the shade mix may just be illustrative.

Packaging - Brands refresh box art, and we sometimes upgrade to sturdier mailer boxes for safe delivery. The toy inside is identical.

If the shade really matters - Buying a gift? Ask us about current stock shades before ordering — we'll check the shelf honestly. - Received a completely different color or product? That's our picking error: film an unboxing video and contact us within the claim window — our 7-day return policy covers it.
