Print, pack, and ship in 6 steps

Download your slip and return form

Once your return shows slip ready in the Returns portal, download two documents: the parcel slip — goes on the *outside* of the parcel; it carries your RMA number, the return address and a barcode so the warehouse can identify your parcel instantly. And the return form — goes *inside* the parcel; it summarizes your RMA, items and reason. You'll also receive these by email/SMS with your approval notification — either source works.

Print them

Any printer works, and black-and-white is fine as long as the barcode and RMA number are readable. No printer at home? Most courier offices and neighborhood print shops can print from your phone in minutes — or ask a friend or office. As a last resort, write the RMA number and return address clearly by hand on the parcel — but a printed slip is strongly preferred because the barcode speeds up warehouse intake.

Pack the parcel

Use a sturdy box or courier bag — reuse the original packaging if it's still solid. Include everything: the item, all parts, accessories, manuals, tags and freebies. Incomplete parcels fail inspection. Cushion fragile items so they survive the trip back. Put the return form inside, then seal the parcel well with packing tape.

Attach the slip

Fix the parcel slip flat on the outside of the parcel — in a clear plastic pouch, or taped down smoothly under clear packing tape. Keep the barcode and RMA number fully visible — don't fold the slip over an edge or cover it with other labels.

Book any courier

Choose any courier service you like (TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, and others all work) — whichever is convenient and reliable in your area. You arrange and pay for the return courier, unless the return is our fault (damage, defect, wrong or missing item) — then we cover it; your approval message will say so. Get a tracking number / booking receipt and keep it until your return shows resolved.

Add the tracking number in the portal

Enter the courier's tracking number against your RMA in the Returns portal. Your status moves to in transit, and both you and our team can follow the parcel to the warehouse — where the [inspection process](/guide/return-inspection-process) takes over.

That's it: print, pack, attach, book, track. Five small steps between approval and resolution.
