Prices move and popular toys sell out. Here's how pricing, stock and restocks work.
Prices - The price at checkout is final — if a price changes later, your placed order isn't affected either way. - Sale prices apply to new orders only and can't be applied retroactively.
Out of stock? - If a toy shows out of stock, we may be restocking — message us via WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's coming and when. - For urgent needs (birthdays!), ask about similar alternatives in stock.
Pre-orders - We don't take pre-orders — items are sold when they're physically in our warehouse and ready to inspect and dispatch. - This is deliberate: every toy is inspected before dispatch, which we can't do for stock we don't hold yet.
Stock tips - During Eid, Independence Day and Black Friday, hot items sell out fast — order early. - Bulk or event orders? Talk to us via WhatsApp in advance so we can plan availability.
Q: Is the checkout price final?
