No hidden charges: how our pricing works

The price you see is what you pay. When shipping applies, COD fees, and the 10% advance rule — all in one place.

“Are there any hidden charges?” — it is one of the most-asked questions on our product pages, so here is the straight answer: not at all. The price you see is what you pay.

What makes up your total

Your checkout total has at most three parts — all shown before you pay:

1. Product price — the price on the product page. Sale badges (like −17%) are already applied.
2. Shipping — only the standard rates below. Nothing else is ever added.
3. Advance (rare) — only for COD orders above Rs 10,000 (explained below).

Shipping charges at checkout

• Standard: flat Rs 219 for parcels up to 2 kg, then Rs 150 per extra kg.
• Karachi Express: flat Rs 320 (Karachi only).
• FREE: prepaid orders over Rs 6,000 with weight ≤ 3 kg. COD orders do not qualify.

COD: no extra fee

Cash on Delivery is available across all cities and regions in Pakistan, and we charge no extra fee for it. The rider collects exactly your checkout total.

The one exception: COD orders above Rs 10,000 require a 10% advance payment (bank transfer, wallet or card). Send the payment screenshot + order ID to our WhatsApp and your order ships normally. This protects both sides on high-value orders.

What we will never charge

• No “handling” or “packaging” fee.
• No “COD fee” or “service charge”.
• No fuel or distance surcharge — the Rs 219/150/320 table is the whole story.

If anyone contacts you asking for extra payment on a Nanhe Sitare order — by call, SMS or WhatsApp — do not pay. Our riders collect only the checkout total on delivery. Report it to us on WhatsApp.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery really free of extra charges?

Yes. COD is available across Pakistan with zero extra fee — you pay exactly your checkout total to the rider.

Q: Why was I asked for a 10% advance on my COD order?

COD orders above Rs 10,000 require a 10% advance (bank/wallet/card). It is our policy for high-value orders. Send the screenshot + order ID to our WhatsApp and your order proceeds normally.

Q: The price changed between the product page and checkout. Why?

Sale prices are live — if a promotion ended between your visits, the regular price applies. Shipping is the only thing ever added at checkout, and it is always shown before you pay.
