How to start a return (RMA) step by step
Use the return portal to report a damaged, wrong, defective or missing item and get your RMA number.
Got a damaged, wrong, defective or incomplete item? Do not worry — our return portal handles it in a few minutes and gives you an RMA number to track everything.
> New to the term RMA? Read [what an RMA number is](/guide/what-is-an-rma-number) first.
Before you start
Keep these ready:
- Your order number (confirmation email/SMS)
- The email or phone number used at checkout
- Your phone camera — a short unboxing video showing the problem makes approval much faster
Start your return in 5 steps
Open the portal
Go to nanhesitare.com/apps/outseen/return and click “Start a return”.
Find your order
Enter your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout.
Select the item(s)
Tick the product(s) with the problem and choose the reason that fits best (damaged, wrong item, defective, missing part).
Show the problem
Upload your unboxing video and/or clear photos of the damage or wrong item. Write one or two lines describing what is wrong.
Get your RMA number
Submit — the portal issues your RMA number instantly. Save it; it is your reference for the whole return.
What happens next
- Our team reviews your request (usually within 24 hours).
- You receive return instructions against your RMA number.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement is processed — standard refunds go to store credit; original-method refunds take about 10–15 business days after approval.
Not sure your case qualifies? Run our [return checker](/tools/returns) first — it tells you in seconds whether your item is eligible. For refund timing questions, see the [refund troubleshooter](/tools/refund-status).
Do not ship anything back before you receive return instructions — parcels sent without an RMA number cannot be matched to your order.
Q: What is an RMA number?
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is the unique reference the portal issues when you start a return. Quote it in every message about that return so we can find your case instantly.
Q: I did not film an unboxing video. Can I still return?
Yes — clear photos and a written description also work. But an unboxing video is the strongest proof and gets approved fastest, so film one next time before opening the box.
Q: How do I track my return after submitting?
Use your RMA number — the portal shows your return's progress, and our team updates it at each stage (received, inspected, refunded/replaced).
