Why verification matters

Your order moves to packing only after payment verification. Sending the screenshot with your order ID lets us match your payment instantly — without the order ID, we cannot tell whose payment it is, and your order waits.

Never pay to payment details from an old message or a random number. Scammers impersonate stores with fake JazzCash/Easypaisa numbers. If the details differ from what checkout shows right now, stop and message us on {whatsapp:Assalam-o-Alaikum! I received payment details that look suspicious. Please verify before I pay.} first.

Prepaid orders also unlock free standard shipping on orders above Rs 6,000 (parcel 3 kg or less) — COD orders never get free shipping.

Tip: Pay the exact total shown at checkout. Short or extra payments slow down verification.

Common mistakes that delay verification

Forgetting the order ID. This is the biggest delay — without it, we cannot match your payment. Always send the screenshot and the order ID together.

Sending a cropped or blurry screenshot. We need to see the amount, date, and transaction reference clearly. If we cannot read it, we will ask you to resend.

Paying a different amount. Pay exactly what checkout shows. If the total changed (for example you added an item), pay the new total and mention it in your message.

Paying before checkout is complete. Finish checkout first so an order ID exists, then pay, then send the screenshot.

Keep your payment screenshot until your order ships — it is your proof of payment if anything needs rechecking.
