How shipping charges are calculated
Standard shipping is PKR 219 up to 2 kg plus PKR 150 per extra kg. Free shipping only above Rs 6,000 on prepaid orders of 3 kg or less.
Standard shipping costs PKR 219 for parcels up to 2 kg, then PKR 150 for each extra kg or part of a kg. Free standard shipping applies only when your order is above Rs 6,000 AND prepaid AND the parcel is 3 kg or less. COD orders never get free shipping.

Standard shipping rates
- Up to 2 kg: PKR 219
- Above 2 kg: PKR 219 + PKR 150 for each additional kg or part thereof (so a 2.5 kg parcel costs 219 + 150 = PKR 369)
- Free: only when all three conditions hold — order above Rs 6,000, prepaid payment, parcel 3 kg or less
- COD: never free, whatever the order value
