Gifting guide: birthdays, Eid & festive occasions

Pick the right toy by age and occasion, time your delivery for the event date, and avoid last-minute stress.

Toys are the most-gifted items in Pakistan — and the most returned-to-the-shop-in-panic ones too. This guide keeps your gift thoughtful and on time.

Pick by age first, occasion second

• 1st birthday (1 year): soft plush, musical toys, stacking toys. Avoid small parts.
• 3–5 years: art sets, building blocks, pretend-play sets, ride-ons.
• 6+ years: science kits, remote-control toys, board games, LCD writing tablets.
• Eid / festive: anything giftable works — but order early (see below). Money-saving tip: festive sales often carry the deepest badges of the year.

Time it for the event date

Work backwards from the occasion:

1. Event date (the birthday / Eid day)
2. Minus 2–5 business days for delivery
3. Minus 1 day for order processing & confirmation
4. = order at least 7–10 days early

During Eid, Independence Day and Black Friday, add a few extra days — couriers run at full capacity and even “Get it by” estimates stretch.

Gifting tips that save embarrassment

• Batteries: if the toy is battery-operated, add the Rs 150 Toshiba AA add-on at checkout so it works the moment it is unwrapped.
• Check the variant: if the product has color options, pick deliberately — “Random Color” listings ship whatever is in stock.
• Keep the receipt: the order confirmation email is your proof of purchase if anything needs the 7-day return window.

Bulk gifting (schools, dawats, corporate events)

Need 10+ identical gifts? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we will confirm stock for the full quantity and the best delivery plan. Note that COD orders above Rs 10,000 need a 10% advance, which usually applies to bulk orders.

Change-of-mind returns are NOT accepted — so choose carefully. If the gift arrives damaged or wrong, the 7-day return policy covers it via nanhesitare.com/apps/outseen/return.

Q: How early should I order for Eid?

At least 10 days before Eid day. Eid is our busiest period — couriers slow down and popular toys sell out. Earlier is always safer.

Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone else's address?

Yes — just enter their name, address and phone number as the delivery details at checkout. Make sure their phone is reachable; the rider calls before delivery.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping. Toys arrive in their product packaging inside a protective shipping parcel.
