Gifting

• Double-check the variant and age guidance before ordering a gift — remember, change-of-mind returns are not accepted, so choose carefully.
• Ordering early is wise during Eid, Independence Day and Black Friday, when deliveries may take longer than usual.
• Gift wrapping is not currently offered.

Note the advance rule

COD orders above Rs 10,000 require a 10% advance payment — send the payment screenshot + order ID on {whatsapp:Assalam-o-Alaikum! I have paid the 10% advance for my bulk COD order. Sending my payment screenshot with order ID ____.} for verification.

Plan delivery

We process orders within 24 hours of confirmation and standard delivery takes 2–5 business days nationwide. Order at least a week ahead of your event — earlier during peak seasons.

Shipping for bulk parcels

Because bulk parcels are heavier, shipping is calculated by total weight: standard Rs 219 up to 2 kg, then Rs 150 per additional kg. FREE shipping applies only to prepaid orders over Rs 6,000 with weight ≤ 3 kg.
