Promo codes - Enter your code at checkout before paying — codes can't be applied after the order is placed. - Only one code per order; codes don't stack with each other. - Each code has its own terms (minimum order, expiry, eligible items) — check before you use it.

Sale terms - Sale, clearance and final-sale items are exactly that: not eligible for change-of-mind returns, so choose carefully. - Sale prices apply to new orders only and can't be adjusted onto already-placed orders.

Code not working? - Check the expiry date, minimum order value and spelling. - If it still fails, message us via WhatsApp with the code and a screenshot — we'll check it for you.
