Combining multiple orders
Placed two orders close together? Here's when we can merge them.
Ordered twice in one day? We may be able to combine them into one parcel — if you catch us in time.
When combining works - If neither order has dispatched yet, message us via WhatsApp with both order numbers. - We'll merge them into a single parcel where possible.
When it doesn't - If one order already shipped, they travel separately — we can't recall a dispatched parcel. - Very different product types or warehouse locations may also need separate parcels.
Shipping and payment - If both orders already shipped, each carries its own shipping charge. - Combined orders may qualify for free shipping (prepaid orders over Rs 6,000 and up to 3kg) on the merged total — ask us when you request the merge. - Merging doesn't delay dispatch: we still process within 24 hours of confirmation.
