Cash on delivery: limits and rules

Where COD works, the 10% advance rule, and what refusal means.

COD is our most popular payment method. Here's how it works — and its limits.

How COD works

The 10% advance rule

The 10% advance rule

Orders above Rs 10,000 need a mandatory 10% advance — even with COD for the rest.

Pay the advance by bank transfer, JazzCash / Easypaisa or card, then send the screenshot + order ID via WhatsApp for verification.

Orders over Rs 10,000 need a 10% advance before dispatch.

Refusing a COD parcel

Refusing without a valid reason

Refusing delivery without a valid reason — we may cancel or restrict future orders on your number and address. With a valid reason (e.g. visibly damaged parcel), you can keep ordering — future orders will need a 10% advance.

Failed COD delivery - If the rider can't reach you, redelivery is usually attempted. Stay reachable on delivery day.
