Guest checkout - You can order with just your delivery address and contact number — no password, no signup. - Every new order is confirmed by call or email, which also verifies your details.

Finding old orders - Ordered on the website? Your confirmation messages contain the order number — keep them. - Ordered via WhatsApp? Your chat history is your receipt — scroll back to find order details. - Lost your order number? Message us via WhatsApp with your name and phone number and we'll look it up.

Repeat customers - Verified repeat customers skip the confirmation call (address verification still required).
